Ghosts of Vermont

What looks like a hooded figure appears over the right shoulder of this Orange County homeowner in August 2005 as he talks with investigator Paul F. Eno about goings-on in the house. The critter's "shoulder" is so dense that it blocks the shelving and part of a framed document behind the man. The picture was taken by Benjamin Eno, Paul's son, who reported that he "saw something" behind the man while snapping the digital photo. Ben is 13, and it was the first case in which he has helped his dad.

Below, Paul interviews the couple. He and Ben found a weak but active energy point in the back yard, where Paul believes that something negative is happening elsewhere in space-time. Whatever it is, his opinion is that one parasite (probably pictured above) came through it and is drawing some energy from it. Needing more to "eat," it has been trying to attach itself to a member of the family for years, apparently with very little luck because the family is very positive and close. When interviewing the couple, Paul said he felt this weak entity near his own shoulder "checking me out." Ben reported the same thing in the back yard.

Having little luck with the family, the thing has been doing some feeding off the apartment's electrical system, something Paul finds frequently with parasites. The electric bills are sky high for no apparent reason, he says.

"I have no worries for this family because they are so positive," Paul said. "If the wrong kind of people ever moved in here, however, there would be trouble." He has advised the family to "keep up the good work" but to direct compassion and love toward the spot in the yard where the negative energy is coming from, with a view toward making the entity dormant or banishing it completely.
